Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a Tax Analyst to join our finance team. This role is hybrid with an average of two days per week in an HPE office, giving you exposure to corporate income tax and direct tax matters while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will prepare and file complex tax returns, conduct tax research, perform reconciliations, and support audit documentation.

Qualifications

• First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically 3–4 years of related experience in finance or accounting.
• Experience in Corporate Income Tax/Direct tax.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and files complex business tax returns.

• Reviews and analyzes general ledger account information; designs and maintains tax account reconciliations on a monthly basis.
• Performs statutory audit document analysis.
• Analyses systems for accuracy of compliance and reporting.

• Performs moderately complex analyses required for compliance, as well as for support of tax accounting and tax planning functions.

• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent Polish and English languages

The expected salary/wage range for this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level.

– Poland: Annual Salary PLN 70,500 - 139,900

The listed salary range reflects base salary. Variable incentives may also be offered.
