Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed in 2025 or 2026 in Business, Management, Economics, or related.
  • Up to 12 months of relevant experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English and Polish.
  • Experience or interest in sales and a passion for technology.
  • Excellent at building relationships at all levels with solution-focused discussions.

Job Description

Joining HPE in a graduate role is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, open‑minded, proactive individual to grow with us and help us drive our continued success globally. You’ll be joining a young, vibrant and international team who will support you throughout the duration of the graduate program to grow, develop and succeed.

What you’ll do
  • Partner closely with our field sales teams, channel partners and/or end customers to move sales opportunities to closure.

What you’ll need
  • Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in 2025 or 2026 with a focus in Business, Management, Economics, or related.
  • Up to 12 months of relevant experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish.
  • Experience or a proven interest in sales and a passion for technology.
  • Excellent at building relationships at all levels and having solution focused discussions.

The expected salary/wage range for this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. – Poland: Annual Salary PLN 72,000 - 117,600. The listed salary range reflects base salary. Variable incentives may also be offered.
