Job summary

ManpowerGroup is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with English to join our RPO team supporting our Client from the financial sector. You will screen candidates, source talent, coordinate recruitment activities, and collaborate with an international team across Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway and Estonia.

Fluency in Polish and English is essential, and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter helps you build strong candidate shortlists.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in sourcing and managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Experience with Talent Mapping, SuccessFactors or another ATS would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conducting CV screening and phone interviews with candidates.
• Scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate information in the Client’s ATS.
• Supporting background and reference checks, offer creation and candidate communication.
• Collaborating with Recruiters and supporting the preparation of candidate shortlists.
• Managing multiple recruitment processes and priorities simultaneously.
• Supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns, including graduate and internship programmes.

You will be part of an international recruitment team supporting hiring activities across Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway and Estonia. The role focuses on candidate screening, sourcing and recruitment coordination, as well as close collaboration with the recruitment team.
