Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Team Leader to lead a team of HR and Recruitment Coordination professionals, ensuring service excellence across international markets.

You will coach and develop staff, manage KPIs, build strong client relationships, and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes. Fluency in German and English is required for daily stakeholder communication across markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Operations, or Recruitment Coordination.
• Experience leading a team within a Recruitment, HR Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, or RPO environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with KPI monitoring, reporting, and performance management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Ensure delivery against operational KPIs, SLAs, quality standards, and service excellence targets.
• Oversee workload distribution and support effective capacity planning.
• Act as the primary escalation point for recruitment process, system, and stakeholder-related issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide regular feedback, and support employee development plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and efficiency.
• Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and present operational updates to management.
• Support onboarding, training, and integration of new team members.
• Ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities
