Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in Wrocław is seeking a Junior Recruiter with German to support end-to-end recruitment and help place the right people at the right time.

You will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers and HRBPs, source candidates, screen applications, schedule interviews, and contribute to continuous process improvements while ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong relationships with applicants.
