SGS is seeking Talent Acquisition professionals at various career stages to join our international HR Shared Services Centre in Katowice. The role covers recruitment activities, stakeholder engagement, data accuracy in ATS, onboarding support, and compliance with GDPR.

Hybrid work arrangement in a fast-growing SSC, with extensive benefits and training. Ideal for individuals with 1–2 years in recruitment and strong English/Dutch language skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or recruitment coordination.
• English (minimum B2) and Dutch (minimum C1).
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned processes.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Managing recruitment activities across selected stages of the hiring process.
• Acting as a key contact for candidates, Hiring Managers, and HR stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate data and documentation in the ATS.
• Supporting onboarding activities and recruitment administration.
• Coordinating background checks and ensuring GDPR compliance.
• Preparing recruitment reports and tracking key recruitment metrics.
• Contributing to process improvement, standardization, and documentation.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
