Job summary

SGS is the world’s leading Testing, Inspection and Certification company. We are looking for Talent Acquisition professionals at various stages of their careers to grow within our international HR Shared Services Centre, based in Katowice.

Responsibilities include managing recruitment activities, acting as a contact for candidates and stakeholders, maintaining ATS data, supporting onboarding, coordinating background checks, and ensuring GDPR compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of administrative, HR, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition support experience.
• Fluent Dutch (C1) and English (B2).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SmartRecruiters).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to work with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Excel) and scheduling tools.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive personal data with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Managing recruitment activities across selected stages of the hiring process.
• Acting as a key contact for candidates, Hiring Managers, and HR stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate data and documentation in the ATS.
• Supporting onboarding activities and recruitment administration.
• Coordinating background checks and ensuring GDPR compliance.
• Preparing recruitment reports and tracking key recruitment metrics.
• Contributing to process improvement, standardization, and documentation.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
