AMS is seeking a Specialist – Talent Sourcing to identify and engage top talent across multiple channels, including job boards, social platforms and networks. You’ll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, screen candidates, and build a long-list of strong prospects.

The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, candidate attraction, and effective stakeholder management, with fluency in English and German or Dutch required.
