Job summary

HireHi ищет опытного рекрутера для ведения полного цикла найма в технологиях, продажах и финансах по нескольким европейским рынкам. Вы будете взаимодействовать с менеджерами и лидерами, формировать требования и развивать процессы отбора.

Ваша роль включает построение пайплайнов, дизайн интервью, брендинг работодателя и внедрение AI в найм. Гибкий график, развитие, современный офис и поддержка культуры входят в пакет HireHi.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта в найме, преимущественно в штате компании
• Опыт формирования Talent Acquisition функций, процессов, инструментов или команды
• Опыт найма в стартапе/scale-up во время роста
• Опыт найма в разных функциях: tech, sales, finance, product
• Знание немецкого и английского на уровне письма и речи

Responsibilities

• Осуществлять полный цикл найма в сферах tech, go-to-market и других функций
• Формировать определения ролей с менеджерами и руководством, консультировать по рынку и компенсациям
• Строить пайплайны для сложных и топ-уровней ролей по нескольким рынкам Европы
• Разрабатывать и улучшать интервью-процессы, scorecards и experience кандидатов
• Внедрять AI и автоматизацию в найм, чтобы процесс был быстрее и справедливее

Job description

Описание: fiskaly provides retail technology for digital receipts and secure, legally compliant transactions. Its digital signatures help make receipts tamper-proof and fight tax fraud, while its paperless receipt solution offers consumers an alternative and helps merchants streamline operations.

Задачи

• Own full-cycle recruiting across tech, go-to-market, and other functions, from intake and sourcing through offer and closing
• Shape role definitions with hiring managers and leadership, challenge requirements, and advise on the market, compensation, and talent availability
• Build pipelines for hard-to-fill and senior roles across multiple European markets
• Design and improve interview processes, scorecards, candidate experience, employer branding, and hiring metrics
• Introduce AI and automation into hiring to make it faster and fairer

Требования

• 5+ Years in recruiting, with a significant part of that experience in-house
• Experience building or shaping a Talent Acquisition function, including its processes, tools, or team
• Experience recruiting in a startup or scale-up during rapid growth
• Experience hiring across a broad mix of functions, including tech, sales, finance, and product
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
• Будет плюсом: another European language, experience hiring across several European countries, a background in B2B SaaS, fintech, regtech, or another regulated industry, hands-on experience with an ATS such as Greenhouse, hands-on experience with AI tools in recruiting
