Responsibilities

• Владение полным циклом найма в инженерных, продуктовых, дизайнерских и смежных функциях, включая ML/AI, платформы и данные
• Формирование стратегий найма совместно с Engineering Managers и стейкхолдерами на высоком уровне
• Идентификация и устранение узких мест в процессе найма
• Построение и поддержка пайплайнов талантов через целевой поиск и анализ рынка
• Аналитика данных для инсайтов в найм и принятие на их основе решений
• Обеспечение отличного опыта кандидатов и усиление бренда работодателя Flix
• Ведение кросс-функциональных проектов Talent Acquisition по процессам и масштабируемости

• Own end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, Design, and emerging tech functions including ML/AI, Platform, and Data
• Act as a trusted sparring partner to Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and senior stakeholders by shaping hiring strategies and defining sourcing and assessment approaches
• Identify and remove process bottlenecks across the hiring funnel
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and competitor analysis
• Analyze data to generate recruitment insights and support data-informed hiring decisions
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience and strengthen the Flix employer brand throughout the hiring journey
• Drive and contribute to cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects focused on processes, scalability, and ways of working

Требования:

• 5+ Years of proven full-cycle technical recruiting experience within fast-growing, product international companies or scale-ups in a competitive market
• Understand the challenges and needs of growing businesses, especially those of a scale-up disrupting an industry
• Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder and offer management skills
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions with confidence
• Have experience in data-driven recruitment, including generating reports and tracking performance metrics
• Know the fundamentals of talent acquisition and apply a creative, inquisitive approach to modern sourcing tactics and AI-powered recruiting tools
• Have experience hiring on the Polish tech talent market
• Fluent English
• Nice to have: German market experience
