Job summary

Flix ищет опытного рекрутера технического уровня для ведения полного цикла найма в инженерных командах, продуктов и дизайне.

Вы будете работать с менеджерами по инженерным направлениям и стейкхолдерами, устранять узкие места в процессе найма, развивать пайплайны кандидатов и использовать данные для обоснования решений.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет полного цикла технического найма в быстрорастущих продуктоориентированных компаниях или scale-up

Responsibilities

• Заниматься полным циклом найма в инженерных, продуктивных и дизайнерских командах, включая ML/AI, платформы и данные.
• Выступать доверенным партнером для менеджеров по инженерным направлениям, техлидов и руководителей, формируя стратегии найма и оценочные подходы.
• Выявлять и устранять узкие места в процессе найма.
• Строить и поддерживать пайплайны кандидатов через активный поиск, картирование рынка и анализ конкурентов.
• Анализировать данные и формировать инсайты для принятия решений в найме.
• Гарантировать отличный опыт кандидата и усиливать бренд работодателя.
• Вовлекаться в跨- функциональные проекты TA по повышению масштабируемости и эффективности работы

• Own end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, Design, and emerging tech functions including ML/AI, Platform, and Data
• Act as a trusted partner to Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and senior stakeholders by shaping hiring strategies, defining sourcing and assessment approaches, and challenging decisions where needed
• Identify and remove process bottlenecks across the hiring funnel
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and competitor analysis, with a focus on passive candidates
• Analyze data to generate recruitment insights and support data-informed hiring decisions
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience and strengthen the Flix employer brand throughout the hiring journey
• Drive and contribute to cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects focused on process improvement, scalability, and ways of working

Требования

• 5+ Years of proven full-cycle technical recruiting experience within fast-growing, product-focused international companies or scale-ups in a competitive market
• Understanding of the challenges and needs of growing businesses, especially scale-ups disrupting an industry
• Exceptional stakeholder and offer management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions confidently
• Experience with data-driven recruitment, including generating reports, tracking performance metrics, and using data to influence stakeholders
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition fundamentals and a creative, inquisitive approach to modern sourcing tactics and AI-powered recruiting tools
• Experience hiring in the Polish tech talent market
• Fluent English
• Nice to have: German market experience
