Responsibilities

• Вести и управлять полным циклом найма по EMEA, APAC и Американскому региону, с фокусом на подразделение Operations.
• Выступать в роли стратегического консультанта и контактного лица для бизнес-лидеров, формировать стратегии подбора, развивать бренд работодателя и строить таланты.
• Активно развивать источники кандидатов через личные сети и рекрутинговые инструменты.
• Сотрудничать с заинтересованными сторонами для сокращения времени найма и затрат на найм при сохранении качества.
• Участвовать в процессах оценки кандидатов, включая SHL и другие психометрические тесты.
• Вносить вклад в региональные и глобальные инициативы по подбору персонала.
• Оказывать периодическую поддержку другим партнёрам по подбору персонала.

• Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across EMEA, APAC, and Americas, with a primary focus on the Operations business unit;


• Serve as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact for business leaders, support hiring needs, shape recruitment strategies, drive employer branding efforts, and build talent pipelines;


• Drive sourcing efforts through personal networks, recruitment tools, and market intelligence to attract and engage highly skilled professionals;


• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize recruitment outcomes by reducing time-to-fill and cost-per-hire while maintaining high standards of candidate quality and experience;


• Support candidate evaluation processes, including the administration and interpretation of psychometric assessments such as SHL;


• Contribute to regional and global Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects, supporting continuous improvement and innovation;


• Provide occasional support to fellow Talent Acquisition Partners, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams and regions.

Требования:

• Extensive experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, with a detailed understanding of the EMEA market;


• Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, including hiring policies and recruitment norms;


• Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and advise hiring decisions using market insights and recruitment expertise;


• Comprehensive understanding of compensation frameworks, including salary proposals, compa-ratio, internal equity, and market competitiveness;


• High attention to detail and operational excellence in administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency in job postings and documentation;


• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup two days per week;


• Nice to have: Experience with APAC or North America, a mix of in-house and agency recruitment experience, a background in Financial Services, familiarity with psychometric and technical assessments such as SHL, experience with Workday.
