Responsibilities

• Идентифицировать узкие места в процессе и внедрять исправления в джоб-воронки

• Own end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, Design, and emerging tech functions, including ML/AI, Platform, and Data, covering multiple seniority levels and disciplines
• Partner with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies, define sourcing and assessment approaches, and challenge decisions where needed
• Identify process bottlenecks, diagnose root causes, and drive end-to-end fixes across the hiring funnel
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and competitor analysis, focusing on passive candidates
• Analyze recruitment data and generate insights to inform hiring decisions
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience and strengthen and represent the Flix employer brand throughout the hiring journey
• Drive and contribute to cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects to improve processes, scalability, and ways of working

Требования:

• 5+ Years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience at fast-growing international product companies or scale-ups in a competitive market
• Understand the challenges and needs of a growing business, especially an industry-disrupting scale-up
• Strong stakeholder and offer management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions
• Experience with data-driven recruitment, including generating reports, tracking performance metrics, and using data to persuade stakeholders
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition fundamentals and a creative, inquisitive approach to modern sourcing tactics and AI-powered recruiting tools
• Experience hiring in the Polish tech talent market
• Fluent English
• Nice to have: German market experience
