Job summary

Global Payments Inc. in Warsaw is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team and help shape our recruitment strategy for local and European markets.

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for Operations and non-IT roles, guide managers through interviews and offers, promote our employer brand, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. Fluency in English and Polish is required; on-site presence is expected during onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience in-house or agency, ideally supporting Operations or non-IT functions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced English and fluent Polish required.
• Experience with Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for Operations teams and other non-IT departments as required, including requisition launch meetings, advertising vacancies, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Guiding hiring managers through the interview, selection, and offer stages of the recruitment process.
• Managing the candidate experience by promoting our opportunities and employer brand, conducting phone screenings, coordinating interview schedules, gathering and summarizing feedback, making hiring recommendations, and managing the offer process.
• Accurately tracking progress on requisitions and candidates within Workday.
• Staying informed about market trends and proactively sharing relevant market intelligence with stakeholders.
