Job summary

Promise Group, a leading Microsoft partner in the CEE region, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You will design and execute recruitment strategies, manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, and partner with hiring managers to fill diverse roles.

The role operates in a hybrid setup, with a focus on building a strong candidate pipeline and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience across diverse roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in ATS and other recruitment tools.
• Proficiency in English and Polish; strong candidate communication.
• Proven experience managing full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills.

Promise Group specializes in software licensing optimization, IT systems design, implementation, maintenance, and business application development.

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across diverse roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Conduct interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay up to date with recruitment trends, tools, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Our Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience across diverse roles, from entry-level to senior and specialized positions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with recruiting managers.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Proficiency in English and Polish.
• Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills, with the ability to identify and assess qualified candidates.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous recruitment experience with Sales and IT roles is preferred.
