Job summary

Promise Group, a leading Microsoft partner in the CEE region, is looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to support day-to-day operations and analytics. The role involves preparing reports, handling invoices, monitoring partner orders, and assisting in portal administration.

The ideal candidate has advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query), basic Power BI knowledge, and fluent Polish and English, with a degree and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query).
• Ability to create and analyze basic reports in Excel and Power BI (basic level).
• Required language skills: Polish fluent, English fluent.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
• Higher education degree.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support the department in day-to-day operational processes.
• Prepare reports and analyses (Excel, SQL).
• Issue and verify invoices.
• Monitor and process Partner orders.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and analyses.
• Support the Sales Department in portal administration.
• Collaborate with other team members and back office teams.

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Customer Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the department in day-to-day operational processes;
• Preparing reports and analyses (Excel, SQL);
• Issuing and verifying invoices;
• Monitoring and processing Partner orders;
• Assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports, and analyses;
• Supporting the Sales Department in the ongoing administration of the Portal;
• Collaborating with other Team Members and Back Office Teams.

Our Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query);
• Ability to create and analyze basic reports in Excel (required) and Power BI (basic level);
• Required language skills:
  a. Polish – fluent
  b. English – fluent
• Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles;
• Higher education degree;
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently;
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, punctuality, and communication skills;
• Excellent time management skills and ability to organize and prioritize work effectively, including in a remote work environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL;
• Familiarity with Microsoft products and solutions;
• Additional foreign language skills at a communicative level.
