Job summary

MPower Plus in Warsaw is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment efforts, strengthen employer branding, and attract the right people for the right opportunities.

You will identify and engage candidates, build talent pipelines, and collaborate with recruiters and managers to understand role requirements. The role focuses on candidate experience and continuous improvement of TA processes in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Polish are essential.
• +3 years of IT Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong candidate assessment and communication skills.
• Proactive approach to identifying and engaging talent.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Collaborative mindset and genuine interest in people.

Responsibilities
