Job summary

RHAELM is building a sovereign AI cloud and is expanding its HR team in Wroclaw. You will own end-to-end IT recruitment, source top talent directly, and work with IT leaders to align hiring with business needs.

You’ll also run onboarding sessions, leverage AI tools to streamline processes, and maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the process. We offer a hybrid work model (3 days in-office near Nowy Targ, Wroclaw) and collaboration with international teams.

Qualifications

• At least 1.5–2 years of recruiting experience, including IT recruitment.
• Strong communication skills and a diplomatic approach; candidate experience is a priority.
• Quality-over-quantity mindset in a small, flexible team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (screening, interviewing, offering).
• Active candidate sourcing through direct search (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms).
• Collaborate closely with IT leaders and managers across departments.
• Run onboarding sessions for new joiners.
• Use AI tools to optimise day-to-day recruiting work.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.
• Prepare recruitment progress reports and KPIs.
