Job summary

Alcor is seeking a Full-cycle IT Recruiter focused on AI/ML roles in Poland. You will own end-to-end recruitment, partner with Hiring Managers, and drive AI-focused hiring activations across Europe and LATAM. Join a growing tech company building AI talent ecosystems.

You will collaborate with Tech Advisors, lead screening and offers, and build a proactive candidate pipeline to support international growth and cutting-edge AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably AI/ML.
• Proven experience hiring for AI/ML roles such as ML engineers, data scientists, AI engineers.
• Strong understanding of the Polish tech talent market and hiring trends.
• Excellent English communication with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for AI/ML-related roles.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to align on role requirements and strategy.
• Support AI-focused hiring activations (talent pods, high-priority searches).
• Track and manage pipeline health for qualified candidates.
• Improve recruitment processes for AI and emerging tech roles.
• Collaborate with Tech Advisors to ensure candidate quality and tech fit.
• Lead screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Build proactive AI-native talent pipeline across key markets.
