Job summary

Auctane is scaling its Poland hub and seeks a Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for Poland's engineering org. You will own sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top software engineers, partnering with engineering leaders to build high-performing teams.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence in Wroclaw at least two days a week. You will collaborate on global TA processes, deliver data-driven insights, and manage candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of mixed in-house/agency recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring for Technical/Engineering roles at a high-growth company.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Able to manage multiple roles and build a humming pipeline (active/passive).
• Passionate about providing an exceptional candidate experience.
• Able to articulate business needs, evaluate talent and close senior talent.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Able to pivot and adapt when needs change.

Responsibilities

• Recruit top-notch Software Engineering talent for Poland and European sites, managing full lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Deliver results aligned with global TA process and ensure data hygiene and documentation.
• Provide a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and engagement.
• Establish and maintain relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders globally.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through referrals, networking, direct sourcing, and partnerships.
• Provide data-driven hiring insights, dashboards, and talent reports to inform decisions.
• Partner with HR and managers on onboarding and integration to support retention and performance.
• Manage talent branding by partnering with universities, posting LinkedIn content, and organizing conferences and job fairs.
• Collaborate with external agency partners on branding content.
