Job summary

RHAELM is expanding a new team hub in Wrocław to drive sovereign AI cloud solutions. You will join a mission-driven group building end-to-end data pipelines, ontology models in Foundry, and interactive dashboards with React.

The role emphasizes working across international teams, delivering enterprise-grade data solutions, and translating business needs into technical results with rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• Strong command of Python, C#, or Java to write clean, scalable code.
• Practical React experience using TypeScript, designing robust UI components.
• Clear, intuitive UI design making complex data actionable.
• REST API integrations with authentication, pagination, and error handling.
• SQL and data modeling principles for relational and non-relational datasets.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• B2+ or higher English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel internationally (~1 week quarterly).

Responsibilities

• Connect Palantir Foundry to external systems via REST/apis, databases, brokers, and file interfaces.
• Build, write, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines from ingestion to production datasets.
• Model business data and create structured Ontology objects in Foundry.
• Develop interactive dashboards and analytical tools on modeled data.
• Develop custom web apps using React connected to Foundry Ontology.
• Facilitate workshops and map business processes to align tech solutions.
• Present early demos to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.

Our team acts as the bridge between raw enterprise data and a actionable business tools within Palantir Foundry. We engineer end-to-end data pipelines, map real-world operations into Foundry’s Ontology, and build custom applications and dashboards for end users. Working directly with non-technical stakeholders, we translate business requirements into intuitive solutions through rapid prototyping and continuous iteration.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Connecting Palantir Foundry to external systems, including REST/other APIs, databases, message brokers, and file-based interfaces
• Building, writing, and maintaining end-to-end data pipelines from raw ingestion to production-ready datasets
• Modeling business data and creating structured Ontology objects in Foundry to accurately represent real-world entities and relationships
• Building interactive dashboards and analytical tools directly on top of the modeled data
• Developing custom web applications using React connected to the Foundry Ontology to deliver complete end-to-end user solutions
• Facilitating requirements workshops and mapping business processes to align technical solutions with organizational needs
• Presenting early demos to stakeholders and iterating rapidly based on user feedback

YOU ARE A PERFECT MATCH IF YOU HAVE

• Demonstrating a strong command of high-level programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Applying practical React experience using TypeScript, designing robust UI components, and managing application state effectively
• Designing clear, intuitive, and usable user interfaces that make complex data actionable for end users
• Handling hands-on REST API integrations, including managing authentication mechanisms, pagination, rate limiting, and edge-case error handling
• Utilizing SQL and a solid understanding of data modeling principles to structure, query, and optimize relational and non-relational datasets.
• Communicating complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical business stakeholders and bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions
• B2+ or higher English proficiency
• Openness to international travel - approximately once per quarter (~1 week), with destinations including the UK and Japan

NICE TO HAVE

• Knowledge of Palantir Foundry
• Other integration technologies: Kafka, MQTT, SOAP, industry protocols
• Experience in a consulting or business analyse
• Domain exposure to industry, logistics, defence or the public sector
