RHAELM is building a sovereign AI cloud and is expanding its HR team in Wroclaw. You will own end-to-end IT recruitment, source top talent directly, and work with IT leaders to align hiring with business needs.

You’ll also run onboarding sessions, leverage AI tools to streamline processes, and maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the process. We offer a hybrid work model (3 days in-office near Nowy Targ, Wroclaw) and collaboration with international teams.

Competenze

• At least 1.5–2 years of recruiting experience, including IT recruitment.
• Strong communication skills and a diplomatic approach; candidate experience is a priority.
• Quality-over-quantity mindset in a small, flexible team.

Our team is small but highly experienced. We love sharing knowledge and keeping up with market trends. With us, you’ll have full autonomy in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting new hires through onboarding.

Because we're a compact team, we're looking for someone open to tasks at the intersection of HR and employer branding - no silos here, just plenty of space to make things better! :)

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Managing end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (screening, interviewing, offering)
• Active candidate sourcing - direct search (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other talent platforms)
• Collaborating closely with IT leaders and managers across departments
• Running onboarding sessions for new joiners
• Using AI tools to optimise day-to-day recruiting work
• Delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every stage
• Preparing recruitment progress reports and working on KPIs
• Working with HR, payroll, administration, and marketing teams
• Representing RHAELM at job fairs and employer branding events
• Proposing and implementing process improvements, because your ideas are genuinely welcome here :)

YOU ARE A PERFECT MATCH IF YOU HAVE

• At least 1,5 - 2 years of recruiting experience, including IT recruitment
• Strong communication skills and a diplomatic approach, because candidate experience is our priority
• A quality-over-quantity mindset - we care about doing things well
• Availability for hybrid work: 3 days per week at our office located near to Nowy Targ in Wrocław
• Openness to wearing different hats in a small team, because flexibility is a strength, not a compromise
• Eagerness to share what you know and build on it :)
• English and Polish at C1 level (day-to-day collaboration)

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in a fast-growing start-up or scale-up environment
• Background in Data & AI and/or Software Engineering hiring is a big plus
