We value 2-3 years of recruitment, results orientation, comfort with AI tools, and English at B2 level. IT industry experience is a plus. The role is hybrid, based in Warsaw with 2–3 days in the office.

Responsibilities

• Run IT recruitment end to end: from client meeting and needs analysis to sourcing, interviews, offers, and signing contracts.
• Build a talent pipeline and long-term relationships with clients.
