Electrolux Group in Poland is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to act as a trusted advisor and recruitment expert, supporting hiring across Poland. You will attract top talent and shape our TA strategy using digital tools, data insights, and employer branding.

You will build strong partnerships with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders, navigating a competitive talent market and making informed hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
• Expert in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, assessment, offer prep and extension.
• Experience recruiting for Supply Chain, Logistics, R&D and Operations across office/manufacturing environments.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence decisions and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment process across locations in Poland.
• Act as trusted advisor on talent market trends, hiring strategies, candidate assessment, and best practices.
• Build and manage talent pipelines using Phenom CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and LinkedIn Talent Insights.
• Proactively source and engage top talent, creating diverse talent pools for current and future needs.
• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support informed hiring decisions.
• Drive requisitions in Workday, craft compelling job ads, identify and assess talent.
• Guide stakeholders through every stage of the recruitment process and maintain momentum.
• Strengthen Electrolux employer brand through candidate experience and innovative sourcing.
