Electrolux Group in Poland seeks a Subject Matter Expert Talent Acquisition for EMEA/APAC to optimize TA processes and digital tools, driving global-to-regional collaboration and continuous improvement across markets.

Based in Cracow or Stockholm, you will champion global TA standards, lead regional change requests, enable training, and help regional teams adopt new processes, systems and features while focusing on end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate Talent Acquisition experience with focus on processes and tools.
• Experience with recruiting technology (ATS, CRM, social platforms) and global system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Champion Global TA processes and digital ecosystem across regions EMEA and APAC.
• Represent region in Global TA SME Community and contribute regional insights and improvement ideas.
• Enable change through training and communication and onboarding of new TA Partners.
