Woodward Poland is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruitment across Poland and the EMEA region. You will partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to attract and hire top talent in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

You will execute effective recruitment strategies, source candidates through multiple channels, conduct initial screenings, and collaborate with TA Partners to drive the end-to-end process from sourcing to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in identifying and engaging candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
• Skilled in screening and selecting candidates based on job requirements.
• Experienced in conducting interviews and candidate assessment.
• Understanding of employer branding and representing company culture.
• Experience supporting recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Familiar with recruitment metrics to improve processes.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration with TA Partners and candidates.
• Strong communication and organization to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and tools.
• Fluent Polish and English; German or Bulgarian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source and identify qualified candidates via job boards, social media, and networks.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Partner with TA Partners to manage candidates through the process.
• Collaborate with Early Programs team to identify and screen qualified candidates.
