Job summary

Woodward Inc. is seeking a Tal ent Acquisition Partner to support recruitment across Poland and the EMEA region.

You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to attract and hire top talent in a dynamic, multicultural environment. You will execute effective recruitment strategies, source through various channels, conduct initial screens, and partner with TA colleagues to move candidates through the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in attracting and engaging candidates through diverse sourcing channels.
• Screening based on job requirements, skills, and experience.
• Interviewing and candidate assessment experience.
• Branding and presenting the company culture to candidates.
• Support across recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media and networks.
• Conduct initial screening interviews for fit and qualifications.
• Collaborate with TA Partners to advance candidates through process.
• Support Early Programs team to identify and screen qualified candidates.
