Job summary

KONE is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Eastern Europe and Mediterranean region, with Poland as the primary focus and Ukraine as a potential secondary area. You will work within an international TA team to attract, assess and hire talent across blue-collar, specialist and leadership roles.

Hybrid working model, collaboration with hiring managers, and engagement with universities are key aspects.

Qualifications

• Experience managing recruitment end-to-end across white- and blue-collar roles.
• Fluent Polish and English; Ukrainian language skills are a plus.
• Experience in the technical industry and using modern recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities for a wide range of roles (blue-collar, specialist, managerial and director-level).
• Handle the full end-to-end recruitment process, including selecting the most appropriate recruitment tools and strategies.
• Support and develop employer branding initiatives within the region. Work closely with hiring managers to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
• Build talent pools for business-critical positions. Ensure the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and engaging for candidates.
• Utilize external recruitment tools such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social media platforms to identify and attract top talent.
• Collaborate with schools and universities, organize internship and trainee programs, and promote KONE among young talents.
• Participate in a variety of talent acquisition projects and initiatives aimed at improving our recruitment processes.
