Woodward Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruitment across Poland and the EMEA region. You will attract and hire top talent, partnering with hiring managers, HR, and the Early Programs team in a dynamic, multinational setting.

The role requires sourcing with multiple channels, interviewing, and strong collaboration. Polish and English proficiency is essential, with German or Bulgarian a plus; hybrid work is available.

About The Role:As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support recruitment activities across Poland and the EMEA region, partnering with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to attract and hire top talent.This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment, participate in regional and global Talent Acquisition projects, and join the team at an exciting time as we continue building and strengthening our EMEA Center of Excellence (COE).What You Will Do:Execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit with the organization.Partner with other TA Partners to effectively manage candidates through the recruitment processWork closely with TA Partners and the Early Programs team to identify and screen qualified candidates.What You Will Need:Experience in identifying, attracting, and engaging potential candidates using various sourcing channels and techniques.Understanding of candidate screening and selection based on job requirements, skills, and experience.Experience in conducting interviews and supporting candidate assessment.Understanding of employer branding and how to positively represent the company and its culture to candidates.Experience in supporting different stages of the recruitment life cycle, in partnership with TA Partners, from sourcing through onboarding.Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and how data can be used to improve recruitment processes.Good relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach to working with TA Partners and candidates.Good communication skills and confidence in interacting with candidates, TA Partners, and other stakeholders.Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and meet deadlines.Familiarity with recruitment software and tools used to support the recruitment process.Professional working proficiency in Polish and English.Would be an advantage:Knowledge of German or Bulgarian.What You Will Gain:Salary range from 8500 - 12 500 PLN gross – depending on experienceAdvancement opportunities in international teamA total rewards package, that includes: private health insurance, life & accidental insuranceMultisport packageMeal VouchersCompany performance bonus programWork-life balance, semi-flexible working timePPK: Woodward offers payment to your PPK account up to 4% of your compensation depending on seniorityHybrid work model (2 days home office per week)Educational support
