Job summary

Woodward Inc. is seeking a Tal ent Acquisition Partner to support recruitment across Poland and the EMEA region.

You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to attract and hire top talent in a dynamic, multicultural environment. You will execute effective recruitment strategies, source through various channels, conduct initial screens, and partner with TA colleagues to move candidates through the lifecycle.

Qualifications

This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment, participate in **regional and global Talent Acquisition projects**, and join the team at an exciting time as we continue building and strengthening our **EMEA Center of Excellence (COE)**.## ## **What You Will Do:*** Execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.* Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.* Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit with the organization.* Partner with other TA Partners to effectively manage candidates through the recruitment process* Work closely with TA Partners and the Early Programs team to identify and screen qualified candidates.## ## **What You Will Need:*** Experience in identifying, attracting, and engaging potential candidates using various sourcing channels and techniques.* Understanding of candidate screening and selection based on job requirements, skills, and experience.* Experience in conducting interviews and supporting candidate assessment.* Understanding of employer branding and how to positively represent the company and its culture to candidates.* Experience in supporting different stages of the recruitment life cycle, in partnership with TA Partners, from sourcing through onboarding.* Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and how data can be used to improve recruitment processes.* Good relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach to working with TA Partners and candidates.* Good communication skills and confidence in interacting with candidates, TA Partners, and other stakeholders.* Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and meet deadlines.* Familiarity with recruitment software and tools used to support the recruitment process.* Professional working proficiency in Polish and English.**Would be an advantage:*** Knowledge of German or Bulgarian.## ## **What You Will Gain:*** Salary range from **8500 - 12 500 PLN gross** – depending on experience* Advancement opportunities in international team* A total rewards package, that includes: private health insurance, life & accidental insurance* Multisport package* Meal Vouchers* Company performance bonus program* Work-life balance, semi-flexible working time* PPK: Woodward offers payment to your PPK account up to 4% of your compensation depending on seniority* Hybrid work model (2 days home office per week)* Educational support### WelcomeWhat does it mean to be part of Woodward?
