Job summary

Billennium is seeking an experienced recruiter to drive end-to-end recruiting across sales, marketing, finance, IT, and more. The role emphasizes collaboration with Hiring Managers, proactive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, and daily use of AI tools including Copilot to enhance research, briefs, and candidate outreach.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in Poland and EMЕA markets.
• Proven track record collaborating with Hiring Managers and influencing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end recruitment processes for wide set of roles.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define candidate profiles and strategy.

• Conduct market research including salary benchmarking.
• Use AI tools daily for research, briefs, and candidate summaries.

Job description

We're looking for someone who brings strong people skills and good intuition, uses AI and automation with confidence, and can find candidates others miss.

Your responsibilities:

• Run end-to-end recruitment processes, from brief to accepted offer, for roles in sales, marketing, finance, IT, administration and operations.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define candidate profiles and advise on recruitment strategy, market conditions and hiring decisions.
• Source candidates proactively through direct search on LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search, industry communities and other channels.
• Do market research, including talent mapping, competitor analysis and salary benchmarking.
• Use AI tools (especially Microsoft Copilot) every day for research, profile analysis, briefs, candidate outreach and summaries.
• Design and implement automations that make recruitment more efficient, such as Power Automate flows, ATS workflows, templates and reporting.
• Keep candidate experience high and communicate clearly at every stage.
• Report on recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire and pipeline quality, and propose improvements to Talent Acquisition processes.

What we're looking for:

• At least 3-4 years of experience running end-to-end recruitment, including for non-IT business and commercial roles in Poland but also emea market.
• A proven track record working with Hiring Managers. You can build trust, offer your own view and influence decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, good judgment and strong intuition when assessing candidates.
• Hands-on daily use of AI tools (required). Experience with Microsoft Copilot is a strong plus.
• Process automation skills and a desire to develop them further (required).
• Strong research and sourcing skills on LinkedIn and other channels.
• English at C1 level.
• The ability to work independently, stay well organized and run multiple processes at once.
