Job summary

Temu is hiring a passionate Talent Acquisition partner to join our dynamic team with a global reach (US/EU/China). You will work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop strategies to attract top talent.

You will conduct initial screens, manage the candidate experience, schedule interviews, provide feedback, and extend offers while helping implement HR policies to ensure local compliance. You will collaborate with teams across borders to drive growth.

• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, payroll, and performance management.
• Closely working with teams internationally.
