Job summary

Temu is seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Team Leader to guide our warehousing operations. You will lead a team to achieve performance goals, monitor KPIs, and ensure reliable delivery and customer experience across peak periods.

You will drive process improvements, manage costs, and collaborate with internal teams and external logistics partners to maintain safety, quality, and excellence in operations. fluent English and a background in logistics are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations is preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing small/medium size projects and delivering measurable results.
• Ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
