Job summary

MagentaTeam is seeking a Salesforce-focused professional to optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business needs. You will understand and address business problems, dive into user stories, and oversee the implementation from a business perspective while collaborating with developers and admins.

You will also engage users to gather requirements, translate them into technical plans, and develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making in a dynamic IT environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities: configuration, customization, and integration management.
• Proven experience in developing and managing user stories and business requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.

• You will be responsible for understanding and addressing business problems.
• Diving deep into user stories, and overseeing the implementation from a business perspective.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define business problems.
• Conduct thorough analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement within the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.
• Engage with users to gather detailed requirements and develop comprehensive user stories.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable plans.
• Oversee the implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Work closely with developers, administrators, and other team members to ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. - Provide regular updates and gather feedback to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.

Technical meetings with the Hiring Manager and/or team members.

We will invite you to one or two project meetings to confirm that we have a ‘perfect match'. The meetings may last between 30 minutes and 90 minutes, during which time we will talk to you about mutual expectations and the vision for our collaboration. You will also most likely meet your future supervisor and your teammate during this time.

At this stage, we will have decided that you are the person we want to develop our projects with. We will then come back to you with an offer of collaboration, hoping for your "yes".
