Thinkproject is building a cohesive construction software platform designed to unify a broad portfolio of mature solutions on a single connected data ecosystem.

We operate a hybrid model with on-site and remote work options and emphasize automation, security, and continuous learning to support customers across data centres, public clouds, and co-locations.

Qualifications

• English speaking and able to communicate effectively with teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the engineering, deployment, operation and optimisation of technology solutions for our customer platform, operated in data centres and clouds.
• Ensure the highest availability of systems and infrastructure.
• Perform routine maintenance on SaaS infrastructure including releases, patches and vulnerability scanning.
• Implement automations to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Participate in on-call rotations and assist with incident resolution.
• Document infrastructure configurations and procedures accurately.
• Plan and execute IT projects with risk management and reporting.

What your day will look like

• Support the engineering, deployment, operation and optimisation of technology solutions for our customer platform, which are operated in various data centres (public clouds and co-locations).
• You proactively ensure the highest availability of systems and infrastructure.
• You will perform routine maintenance on the infrastructure of our SaaS solutions, including software releases, patching, and vulnerability scanning processes.
• Implementation of automations to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Commit to self-development and learning to support innovative technologies and further your understanding of core operational principles.
• Support the company in the transition to innovative technologies.
• Working with our IT security and compliance team to ensure that Thinkproject adheres to industry leading security standards, maintaining compliance with our security accreditations.
• Actively participate in an on-call and platform service, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and managing escalations to other technical teams, senior management, or account managers.
• Produce accurate and detailed documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes and procedures
• Participate in planning and executing the technical implementation of IT projects including risk management and reporting
• Provide on-site support for our physical data centre locations

What you need to fulfill the role

• Ability to challenge themselves and their work to ensure the right workload is in the right place, automating, simplifying, and standardizing where appropriate.
• Experience with Azure and Azure AD
