Job summary

Software Mind is seeking an experienced Web Developer to join the External Web team. You will help architect, create and continuously improve the digital storefront that represents our clients to the world.

You’ll develop new components and modify existing ones, estimating work, writing clean code, and owning tasks end-to-end while coordinating with delivery leads and business users.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, API development and React.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker in containerised environments.
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps and modern design principles (OOP/DRY/SOLID/YAGNI).
• Experience across the full development lifecycle and database design.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and deliver solutions.

Project – the aim you’ll have

An experienced Web Developer is required to join our External Web team who are responsible for the architecture, creation and on-going enhancements to the digital window through which the world views the Client. The main responsibility of this role will be to both, develop new system components required to deliver the goals of the External web team, as well as a modifying existing components.

Role – How You’ll Contribute

Will be responsible for:

• Working with the team, Principal, Delivery Lead and Project Manager to accurately estimate effort required to deliver solutions
• Writing high quality code, adhering to agreed standards, quickly, with attention to detail
• Taking full ownership for assigned tasks
• Actively driving delivery of tasks: getting required answers, coordinating people to get what is needed
• Actively engaging with members of the delivery team, scrutinising solutions, contributing ideas etc.
• Curating technical documentation
• Engaging with business users
