Job summary

DIGIPAL is seeking a System Analyst to support the development of e-commerce solutions across web, iOS, and Android platforms. You will translate business needs into clear requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, reliable solutions.

This remote-only role involves agile ceremonies, workshops, and using AI tools to boost productivity. You will work with Product Owners, Developers, QA, UX, and Architects to ensure high-quality outcomes for European and US markets.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business-System Analyst, or in a similar IT analysis role.
• Experience working on software development projects involving web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Practical experience with BPMN and UML, including sequence, activity, component, and use case diagrams.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
• Experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Familiarity with Figma and collaboration with UX/UI teams.
• Experience facilitating workshops and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Practical interest in using AI tools to support analytical work and improve productivity.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Use AI-powered tools to support requirements analysis, documentation, diagram creation, and other analytical activities.
• Ensure requirements are clear, consistent, testable, and aligned with business objectives.

About the Role:

We are looking for a System Analyst to support the development of e-commerce solutions across web, iOS, and Android platforms. The role involves working across different product areas, including pre-purchase, purchase, post-purchase, and supporting services and tools.

You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA Engineers, UX Designers, and Solution Architects to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and technical specifications. You will independently analyze features of medium complexity and contribute to the design of scalable, reliable, and user-friendly solutions.

• Relevant certifications, such as IREB CPRE or IIBA ECBA/CCBA.
