DIGIPAL is seeking a System Analyst to support the development of e-commerce solutions across web, iOS, and Android platforms. You will translate business needs into clear requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, reliable solutions.

This remote-only role involves agile ceremonies, workshops, and using AI tools to boost productivity. You will work with Product Owners, Developers, QA, UX, and Architects to ensure high-quality outcomes for European and US markets.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business-System Analyst, or in a similar IT analysis role.
• Experience working on software development projects involving web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Practical experience with BPMN and UML, including sequence, activity, component, and use case diagrams.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
• Experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Familiarity with Figma and collaboration with UX/UI teams.
• Experience facilitating workshops and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Practical interest in using AI tools to support analytical work and improve productivity.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilités

• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and system documentation.
• Model business processes, system behavior, and integrations using BPMN and UML diagrams.
• Analyze REST APIs, JSON structures, and system interfaces using Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Development, QA, UX, and Architecture teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Analyze cross-platform requirements for web, iOS, and Android applications.
• Identify dependencies, integration challenges, and potential technical or functional risks.
• Use AI-powered tools to support requirements analysis, documentation, diagram creation, and other analytical activities.
• Ensure requirements are clear, consistent, testable, and aligned with business objectives.
