Job summary

Billennium is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to bridge business and IT across international projects. You will translate complex needs into actionable requirements and drive end-to-end analysis with Agile delivery.

The role focuses on process modeling, UX design, AI use case identification, and enabling change management through stakeholders, workshops, and thorough documentation in Confluence, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial IT business analysis experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end analysis workstreams and handling ambiguous requirements.
• Strong elicitation, documentation, traceability, and change management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation abilities.
• Experience with Jira, BPMN, UML, and UX tools such as Lucidchart, Figma, Miro, or Balsamiq.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban).
• Familiarity with AI use cases, prompt engineering, and AI response optimization.
• Experience with documentation platforms like ServiceNow, Confluence, SharePoint, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal English.

What you will do

• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, traceability, and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including workshop facilitation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, BPMN, UML, and UX tools such as Lucidchart, Figma, Miro, or Balsamiq.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban.
