Dotlinkers IT recruitment is seeking a System/Business Analyst for a 100% remote role in Poland. The candidate will bridge business needs with technology, analysing requirements, data flows, and integrations while collaborating with developers, testers and stakeholders.

You will translate requirements into technical specifications, document systems, and support implementations in complex environments, including regulated projects. English and Polish communication skills are essential.

Its projects combine complex backend systems, databases, integrations and modern web technologies. The organization is currently expanding its engineering teams and looking for experienced technical leaders who can take ownership of both technology and delivery.

About the Role

We are looking for a System / Business Analyst who can work at the intersection of business needs and technology. You will analyse business requirements, translate them into clear technical specifications and work closely with developers and other technical teams. The role involves understanding existing systems, data flows and integrations rather than focusing only on documenting new requirements. Experience with complex or regulated environments, particularly financial projects, will be highly relevant.

Your responsibilities

• Gathering and analysing business and system requirements

• Good understanding of software development and IT systems

• Ability to analyse integrations, data flows and existing applications
• Experience in projects involving complex or regulated environments will be an advantage
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good English and Polish communication skills
