Emergine is seeking an experienced Business (System) Analyst to transform complex business needs into clear technical requirements and help teams build the right solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders and tech teams, elicit and document requirements, and create essential artifacts such as SRS and release notes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in analysis, strong UML/BPMN, API/SQL/HTML-CSS skills, and experience in payments domain.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Ability to understand complex business tasks and translate them into requirements.
• Ability to write functional and non-functional requirements, create user stories and use cases (including diagrams, UML, BPMN).
• Good knowledge of prototyping tools.
• Strong technical knowledge of client-server architecture, API, SQL, HTML/CSS.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Attention to detail, strong logic mindset, ability to identify corner cases, result-oriented.
• Strong time management skills to multi-task effectively.
• Experience in payments domain.
• English: Upper-Intermediate.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers and tech team to reach common understanding and address needs.
• Analyze gathered requirements and create requirements specifications.
• Present business requirements to tech team and support clarifications and change requests.
• Plan, facilitate, and conduct requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation.
• Create artifacts such as SRSs, minimal schemas, configurations, presentations, user guides, and release notes.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate proactively with business stakeholders, product managers and tech team toreach acommon understanding ofthe pain/problem toaddress the needs;
• Analysis ofthe gathered requirements and expectations and creation ofrequirements specifications;
• Presentation business requirements totech team and support tech team inclarifications ofrequirements and change request management, lead refinement sessions;
• Plan, facilitate, and conduct requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation;
• Create various artifacts, such asSRSs, minimal schema and configuration requirements, presentations, user guides, introduction materials, and release notes.

Your expertise:

• 3+years ofexperience asaBusiness Analyst orSystems Analyst;
• Ability tounderstand complex business tasks and translate them into requirements;
