Job summary

Kempuri is seeking a Business-System Analyst to join a project developing and enhancing business applications that support core processes. You will gather and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and QA to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.

You will assist in creating process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and system capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Business-System Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.
• Understanding of business processes and SDLC.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear and structured functional requirements.
• Experience working with technical teams including developers and QA engineers.
• Knowledge of modeling techniques such as BPMN, UML, or process flow diagrams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Experience with Jira or Confluence for requirements management and documentation.
