Job summary

Concentrix is recruiting a Travel Advisor for SAS Nordic Premium Airline, based in Warsaw. You will be the first point of contact for premium travel inquiries, assist with ticket purchases, and support customers via calls and chat.

No prior experience is required; you will complete a fully paid two-month training program with a dedicated buddy, joining an international and diverse team in a modern Warsaw office.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken Swedish (C1) and English (B2).
• Naturally helpful and collaborative spirit.
• Enthusiastic, patient, and open-minded.
• Active listener and able to communicate clearly and with ease.

Responsibilities

• Be the 1st point of contact for premium travel inquiries.
• Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling payments.
