Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Travel Advisor for a Nordic Premium Airline SAS with Norwegian language requirements. The role is based in Warsaw, offering a fully paid two-month training program and a diverse, international environment.

You will be the first point of contact for premium travel inquiries, assist with ticket purchases and payments, and support customers with travel issues. This role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and strong communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken Norwegian (C1) and English (B2).
• Naturally helpful and collaborative spirit.
• Enthusiastic, patient, and open-minded.
• Active listener and able to communicate clearly and with ease.
• Sharp eye for accuracy and precision.
• Highly organized.
• Available to work from our office in Warsaw.

Responsibilities

• Be the 1st point of contact for premium travel inquiries of customers.
• Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
• Support customers with travel difficulties.
• Assist passengers via calls / chat.
• Foster enduring relationships with customers for building trust.
