Job summary

Concentrix in Warsaw is seeking a Travel Advisor for Nordic Premium Airline SAS, fluent in Danish and English, to handle premium travel inquiries, ticket purchases, and support during travel difficulties.

You will work from our Warsaw office, join an international team, and participate in a fully paid two-month training with a dedicated buddy, developing customer service skills and building trust with travelers.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Danish (C1) and English (B2) for customer communication.
• Customer-focused, collaborative and patient.
• Strong listening and clear communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for premium travel inquiries.
• Assist in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
• Support customers with travel difficulties.
• Assist passengers via calls and chat.
• Foster enduring relationships to build trust with travelers.
