Qualifications

• Fluent in Danish (C1) and English (B2).
• Customer-oriented, helpful and collaborative.
• Available to work from Warsaw office.
• Strong listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the 1st point of contact for premium travel inquiries.
• Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling payments.
• Support customers with travel difficulties.
• Assist passengers via calls / chat.
