Job summary

Concentrix is hiring a Travel Advisor based in Warsaw to support Nordic Premium Airline SAS customers in English. You will be the first point of contact for premium travel inquiries, advising on flights, products, and payment methods, and assisting with ticket purchases and payments.

You will work in a diverse international environment, participate in a fully paid 2-month training program, and grow your expertise while delivering exceptional service from our modern Warsaw office.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English at C1 level.
• Must be naturally helpful, collaborative and patient.
• Available to work from the Warsaw office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for premium travel inquiries.
• Advise on flights, products, and payment methods.
• Assist customers with ticket purchases and payments.
• Support customers with travel difficulties and via calls/chat.
• Build lasting relationships with customers.
