Job summary

UPM Adhesive Materials in Poland is seeking a Supply Planning Manager, EMEIA, to lead and inspire the planning teams across the region. You will drive KPI-based improvements, optimize inventory levels, and ensure robust governance with cross-functional collaboration.

The role demands 5+ years of leadership in Supply Chain, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in ERP and MS Office, with fluent English and Polish. Hybrid work in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska or nearby locations is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership and Supply Chain management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Able to operate in a dynamic environment, managing priorities.
• Curious and willing to learn, including AI tools.
• Confident English and Polish communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Supply Planning teams.
• Develop team capabilities, including succession planning and deputy coverage.
• Drive planning performance by monitoring KPIs and closing gaps.
• Optimize inventory levels while achieving service targets.
• Identify constraints and drive corrective actions.
