Job summary

UPM is seeking a Supply Planner for our site in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska or Biskupice Podgórne, near Wrocław, Poland. You will plan production runs, schedule orders based on demand and material availability, and work with cross-functional teams to keep production on track.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in supply planning or related role.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan production runs and schedule orders based on demand.
• Balance laminate stock, avoid waste.
• Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, and other teams.
• Lead improvement projects to enhance planning processes.
• Identify supply risks early and communicate changes.
