Job summary

Infosys Poland is seeking a procurement/supply chain professional to support aeronautics-related processes. You will handle PR analysis, PO management, quotes, and delivery coordination while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires Spanish (C1) and English (B2), strong teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Hybrid work arrangement and opportunities for internal growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles or negotiations.
• Willingness to work with client via phone/mail and proactive approach.
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with others.
• Handling multi- and ad-hoc tasks.
• Spanish (C1) and English (B2) proficiency; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work on activities related to supply chain process in aeronautics: PR analysis, PO management, quotes creation, export control licenses management, material sales management, material substitution, SO/STO, return order flow, delivery dates collaboration, delivery monitoring, missing parts management, dispute management.
• Interact closely with Front Officer/focal points for clarifications, complex work, and updates.
• Document process documentation and standard methodologies.
• Facilitate and/or participate in team and customer meetings.
• Interact directly with suppliers and clients for day-to-day work.
• Reach business SLAs and personal targets.
• Ensure efficiency and high quality of the performed processes.
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
